  We had a great stay here. The kids loved the mezzanine floor and the outside space was great in the evening and for drying our sandy clothes! it's so close... read more to the beautiful Blackpool Sands beach which we'd really recommend. We loved the location. Yes, you have to drive down some small lanes to get there but it's worth it for the quiet and scenic location. Good facilities and a really comfy bed. We loved the big porthole windows. Lots of family games, DVDs and x box games to choose from.

  Lovely and peaceful .. had everything you could need for a few days in a little piece of non touristy Devon with everything just a few minutes drive.

  Great stay at Kirsty's place. Snug hut had everything we needed, and good location near Dartmouth and Blackpool sands.
